Dusit Zoo - Wild Dusit Show
Dusit Zoo - Wild Dusit Show During my visit to Dusit Zoo in Bangkok, Thailand. We enjoyed the Wild Dusit Show. The Wild Dusit Show gives audiences a rare opportunity to witness animal behavior in their habitat. Each 30-minute presentation demonstrates how birds fly, feed, and even walk, how monkeys swing along branches, how animals signal each other... how intelligent they are. The idea is to show people so they can appreciate how animals live and behave in their environment, as well witness and experience the animals in person.

Chatuchak Market - Weekend Market
Chatuchak Market - Weekend Market Today I visited Chatuchak (Weekend) Market in Bangkok, Thailand. This is well known destination for tourists as well as local for Thai peoples. This is quite big market and open only on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to visit this market then you must plan for whole day. You can shop all kinds of items here. As well as you can eat local and international food too. This Market is near to Mouchit BTS (Sky Train Station) and Chatuchak MRT ( Underground Train Station). Tiffany Show
Tiffany Show Tiffany Show is also a one of the most favorable tourist destination in Pattaya, Thailand. Back in 1974, TIFFANY’S SHOW has started the performance in a small stage at the south-end of the Pattaya coast with only 3 performers who loved to perform their talents as many famous pop-divas of New-York Broadway like Barbara Strisand or Donna Summer, etc. Growing popularity among tourists enormously, TIFFANY’S SHOW moved to the unique and elegant-style theater (1,000- seat capacity )fully equipped with modern light & sound stage equipment. Over 100 professional performers in dazzling costumes have astonished audience with a memorable life-time experience that you won’t believe that the spectacular show like Paris sh...

Songkhran - The Water Festival
Songkhran - The Water Festival The important part of Songkhran festival is to celebration and pay respect to the elders. Songkran or the water fest is celebrated in Thailand from April 13 to 15 and is a much awaited event for the Thais.Woon said it was also the only time those working in the cities and outskirts of the country make their way back home to celebrate the festival with their families. Many countries have a water-splashing festival. From India to Sri Lanka to Myanmar and Cambodia, people gather together to give thanks for the return of the rain which will help them grow their rice and keep their families fed and healthy. This also known as the Thai New Year, started off with the young paying respect to the elders at home and aski...

Snow Fall
Snow Fall Unspoilt, unexplored and in stark contrast to the urban jungle that Mussoorie has become, Dhanaullti is as close to nature as can be. Rows of Deodars, vast green meadows and a gentle cool breeze greets you about 30 km from Mussoorie beyond Landour. It can be a day trip or better still overnite sojourn at this beautiful country side. Treks, pony rides along fruit orchards and water streams appearing from nowhere can keep you busy as there is no mall for shopping or videogames. Hotels are few but have all the facilities including hot water and cable TV for those who care. Dhanaullti also provides excellent views of the snow capped Himalayan ranges. You can go directly to Dhanulti by taking a right turn about 8 km before...

Dehradun City
Dehradun City Dehradun, the city, headquarters of the district and located in North India is visited by a large number of tourist every year, many of them en-route to Mussoorie. Doi Suthep Temple
Doi Suthep Temple During my trip to Chiang Mai, I visited the Doi Suthep temple. This is one of the international and local tourist destination. The temple of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is certainly one of the most important temples in Chiang Mai, as well as one of the most revered among all Thais. The temple is a major pilgrimage destinations during the important Buddhist holidays of Makha Buja and Visak. Its importance, as well as its location, owes much to the legend of its founding. According to this legend, a Buddha relic, which some say glowed, magically replicated just before it was about to be enshrined in the big chedi at Wat Suan Dok. The “cloned” relic was placed on the back of a sacred white elephant, which was allo...

Chiang Mai Trekking
Chiang Mai Trekking I really enjoyed 3 days Chiang Mai Trekking. This was one of my unforgettable experience. While trekking experience the subsistence life of the hilltribes Typically, a trek will last between three and five days and can include fun activities such as elephant riding and skiff rafting down rivers. Of course, there will be quite a bit of walking - sometimes uphill! A backpack (or better still a daypack) with limited clothing is needed, plus a sleeping bag and warm jacket during the winter months. The routes are usually designed to take in several of the different hill tribe villages, allowing you to familiarise yourself with several of these unique and colourful ethnic minority groups. They include the Hmong, Karen, ...

River Side - Chao Phraya River
River Side - Chao Phraya River A visit to Bangkok would not be complete without exploring the riverside for a taste of life in the Thai capital long before mobile phones, cable TV and microwave popcorn became all the buzz. Day or night, the riverside provides plentiful picture-perfect photo opportunities with its many historical landmarks and hidden charms. The Chao Phraya is also the star attraction in the city during important events like Songkran (the Thai New Year, celebrated in April), the annual Loy Krathong Festival in November, and the very rare Royal Barge Procession - the most recent one held in June 2006 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej. On New Year's Eve, riverside hotels take turns to outdo each...

Golden Triangle
Golden Triangle During my visit to Chiang Mai, I have taken one day trip to Golden Triangle. The infamous Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos converge, is Chiang Rai province's most popular attraction, luring thousands of visitors annually. This notorious area, located approximately nine kilometres from the historic town of Chiang Saen, is bolstered by its history and the surrounding towns. It's riverfront position at the confluence of the Mekhong and Ruak rivers lends it a unique appeal. Located near the Northern-most point of Thailand - The Golden Triangle was once the centre of all opium poppy growing in the country, and actually refers to a large area of the three bordering countries. However, t...
