This trek provides you dramatic changes in landscape, culture (Manangies in Marshyangdi Valley and Thakalies in Kali Gandaki or Thak Khola Valley) and climate. Continuous the trekking through Marshyangdi valley and one of the most famous pass Thorung La (5,416 m) and returns toward south by Muktinath, one of the important pilgrimage site for Buddhist and Hindus and continuous via Kaligandaki valley. The journey is most beautiful in the world admiring three of the Himalayas giants of 8000 meters: Manasulu, Annapurna, Dhawalagiri.
Detail Information
DAY 01: ARRIVAL.
[D.]: Arrive in Kathmandu where you will be met our representative with your name and signboard of Buddha Treks at outside of airport exit.. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Evening well come dinner with Nepalese cultural program. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 02: KATHMANDU SIGHT SEEING.
[B. B.]: Morning: The Great Stupa of Swayamvu, Ananda-Kuti Vihar and Kantipur Durbar Square including Hanuman Dhoka, the Malla Palace, Home of KUMARI---the Chaste Virgin Living Goddess. Lunch break.
Afternoon: Lalitpur Durbar Squire, Golden Temple, Mahaboudha Shrine, Aksheshwor Mahavihar, Ashoka Stupas, Patan Industrial Estate, Tibetan Refugee Site and Woolen Carpet Center. Overnight in hotel at Kathmandu City. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 03: KATHMANDU BENSISAHAR.
[B. L. D.]: After early morning breakfast, transfer to local bus park and drive to Besi Sahar.Your guide will pickup you from your hotel to take you to the bus station for journey to the small town of Besi Sahar, the busy and capital of town of the Lamjung District. Overnight at teahouse. Option: two hours trekking from there to Khudi and overnight, as your desire.

DAY 04: BENSISAHAR BANHUNDANDA.
[B. L. D.]: The first day of the trek takes in river gorges, rice fields and subtropical forest. The village of Bhulebhule is a good place for a lunch stop so you can admire the first good mountain view of Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli and Manaslu. From here the trail continues along the riverside before a hot ascent through farming terraces to the Bahundanda village. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 05: BAHUNDANDA JAGAT.
[B. L. D.]: The trail drops steeply through terraced fields to the river and snakes up and down the valley sides before ascending through small villages and Rhododendron forest to Jatat, a small settlement at 1230m. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 06: JAGAT DHARAPANI.
[B. L. D.]: As the path climbs through bamboo groves the wide valley becomes narrow gorge of thundering water and a long hot climb leads to the village of Tal, situated on an open plateau. This is the district border with Manang and marks a change of culture, climate and agriculture. Continue past fields of barley and potatoes before the trail swings west for the climb to Dharapani. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 07: DHARAPANI CHAME.
[B. L. D.]: The trail continues passing through first Tibetann monastery with views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. After that continue through pine and fir trees to the village of Danagyu before crossing the river on a concrete bridge by a powerful waterfall. Continue on the high path above the river through maple, oak and rhododendron trees to reach Chame - the district headquarters of Manang, complete with hot springs, electricity, phones, post office and a bank. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 08: CHAME PISANG.
[B. L. D.]: The trail continues along the river, passing apple orchards around the village of Bhratang and ascending through deep forest to emerge in the wide Manang valley at the village of Pisang (3200m). Here the mountain views of Pisang peak and Annapurna II are superb. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 09: PISANG MANANG.
[B. L. D.]: As you ascend up the valley to Manang village you leave the tree line behind and Tibetan culture appears in earnest as you pass mani walls, prayer wheels and Gompas. The mountain views of the Annapurnas and Gangapurna from Manang village are fantastic. You will have plenty of time to admire the views and visit the Gompas as you need to spend an extra day in Manang to aid acclimatization. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 10: MANANG.
[B. L. D.]: Extra day in Manang for acclimatization. Option hiking trip toward hills approaching to Chulu West for great view of Annapurna and others surrounding peaks. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 11: MANANG LETDAR.
[B. L. D.]: After a hard climb to Gunsang enjoying great view of Himalayas from the trail, the path climbs through high Yak pastures to Letdar where you will spend nights to allow for further acclimatization before attempting the pass. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 12: LETDAR THORUNG PHEDI.
[B. L. D.]: The trail undulates near to the river before climbing a steep slope north west of the tributary valley of the Jargeng Khola. It is some times possible to see herds of blue mountain sheep along the dramatic cliffs that surround the meadow at Thorung Phedi (4420m).

DAY 13: THORUNG PHEDI THORUNG LA MUKTINATH.
[B. L. D.]: An early start is recommended for today's crossing of the Thorung La (5416m), as it's a long day and tough going. After a steep ascent directly behind Thorung Phedi the path undulates endlessly upwards to reach the top of the Thorung La. From here there are views of the Annapurna range to the south and Mukut Himal bordering Dolpo to the west. The trail descends over glacial moraine then meadows before reaching the welcoming sight of the lodges at Muktinath. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 14: MUKTINATH MARPHA.
[B. L. D.]: Early morning visit Muktinath, is one of the most important pilgrimage sights for Hindus as well as being home to many ethnic Tibetans and Buddhists. They are all drawn by the walled Temple complex where holy water pours from108 carved spouts and a flame burns over a stream of water. After the strenuous crossing of the pass this day is left as a leisure day giving you time to relax and investigate the sights of Muktinath

After that you descend to Jomsom or if you are feeling fit you can continue to the much lovelier village of Marpha. On your way it is well worth visiting the village of Kagbeni, which is the entrance into the mustang restricted area. This is an Interesting medieval town where animist statues mix with Tibetan Buddhist stupa. The trek to Jomsom takes you through the barren landscape in the kilometer wide river bed of the upper Kali Gandakiriver. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 15: MARPHA KALOPANI.
[B. L. D.]: Continue your descent into the agricultural region. Tukuche has a distillery housed in a 200 year old building where you can taste their excellent fruit brandy's - but not too much! Next you descend to the bottom of the deepest valley in the world - The summits of Dhaulagiri and Annapurnatower over 5 km above you! Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 16: KALOPANI TATOPANI.
[B. L. D.]:.On this stretch you trek through a narrow gorge, past a spectacular waterfall and into the sub tropical region before arriving at Tatopani,which has a hot spring (From where it takes its name). Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 17: TATOPANI GHOREPANI.
[B. L. D.]: Today is a long climb! It's all uphill, but if you take it slow and steady, stopping at the many tea houses for rests and refreshments and to enjoy the wonderful views you will not find it too hard. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 18: GHOREPANI POON HILL TADAPANI.
[B. L. D.]: An early morning ascent to Poon Hill (3195m) treats trekkers to an enlightening scene as the sun climbs the sky to peak out from behind the Himalayan titans of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manalsu. Return to the lodge for breakfast before beginning your return-descent to Ghorepani, concluding the days events after approximately 5 hours trekking. That leads via Deurali just below from Gurung Hill and reaches at Tandapani. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 19: TADAPANI GHANDRUNG.
[B. L. D.]: This days journey begins with a downhill descent offering a cornucopia of breath-taking views of the Annapurna mountains before a somewhat-steep drops trekkers at Kimche (1630m) where the group will rest for a moment before pressing onto Chane. Next, walk atop a flag-filled path which slides through the Gurung-inhabited village of Ghandruk. Overnight at teahouse.

DAY 20: GHANDRUK POTHANA.
[B. L. D.]: From Ghandruk trekking down Modi Khola, this is the last time to cross this river and gradually ascend to Landruk village, the village very famous for Honey Hunter, this is another Gurung Village and continuous trekking and ascend to the ridge of Deurali at 2149 m and trekking to Potana at 1899 m and over night in Pothana.

DAY 21: POTHANA POKHARA.
[B. L.]: Early morning breakfast and start journey for final day. It is approximately 2 hours journey from Pothana to Dhampus Phedi passing through Dhampus village another Gurung village. If the other is good one again you will be able to se glimpse of Annapurna Himal region. From Phedi we drive to Pokhara for half an hour journey. Arrival at Pokhara take shower and get fresh and walk around the market area. Over night in Pokhara.

DAY 22: POKHARA SIGHT SEEING.
[B. B.]: Pokhara is Nepal's second city but much quieter and scenic than Kathmandu. It is built around Lake Phewa with great views of Machhapuchhare. Today's rest day gives you chance to chill out and explore Pokhara before returning to the mayhem of Kathmandu. Sightseeing tour of Pokhara Valley. Morning Shift: Seti Gandaki Gorge, Mahendra Cave, Bindabasani Temple, the old bazaar and Mahendra Bridge. Lunch break. Afternoon Shift: Devis Fall, boating to the island of Barahi Temple on Lake Fewa, Tibetan Refugee & Handicraft Center and Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. Overnight at Hotel. .

DAY 23: POKHARA KATHMANDU.
[B. B.]: Early morning breakfast and transfer Pokhara Kathmandu by bus. It is approximately 6 hours journey passing by beautiful landscapes as well as a variety of the rural villages of Nepal along the bank of Trisuli and Marshyangdi River. Arrival at Kathmandu and check-in upon arrival in Pokhara. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 24: KATHMANDU SIGHT SEEING.
[B. B.]: After breakfast you will be taken to Bhadgaon by a three hours bus drive. Sight-seeing in Bhadgaon including the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the Golden Gate, the Fifty-Five Windowed Palace, the Malla King Statue, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Titanic Bell, the Royal Bath, Toumadhi Square with the Five-Roofed Pagoda called NYATAPOUL, Bhairav Temple and Pottery Quarter. Then further to Datta-Traya Square for Pujari-Math Temple and Peacock Window, the Industrial Estate. Afternoon: Boudha Stupa at Tibet Town, Charumati Shrine at Chabahil and Pashupati Nath Temple in Devpattan by the holy Bagmati River. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 25: DEPARTURE FROM KATHMANDU.
[B. B.]: Final check-out from hotel after breakfast and drive to Trivuban International Airport for departure out of the Kingdom.
