Day 1: Hanoi (35 km)

Upon arrival at the airport of Hanoi, welcomed by our guide, transferred to your hotel which is in Hanoi old quarter area, very convenient for your visit. In the afternoon, take a walking tour around the trading old quarter before enjoying the interesting art of playing Water Puppet that tell you stories about cultures, history, and Vietnamese. Day 2: Hanoi (approx. 40 km)

Today, you have a city tour by Hanoi. You visit the museum and mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, the house of Uncle Ho and the famous One Pillar Pagoda (museum and mausoleum were closed on Friday and Monday). You also visit the Temple of Literature. After lunch in a local restaurant, visit the Ngoc Son pagoda and Tran Quoc pagoda. In the afternoon, we take one hour per pedicab ride through the old French Quarter of Hanoi before returning back to your hotel.
Note: If the museum and mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh closed in October, November and December, we will visit the ethnological museum in Hanoi as an alternative.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay (about 165 km)

You will be picked up at your hotel to Halong Bay. Get on board a traditional junk for a cruise through the magnificent Halong Bay, listed on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There is opportunity to swim and there is a delicious lunch of seafood on the program. Visit Suprising cave and take a walk or swim at Titop beach before your dinner and spend a unforgettably romantic overnight on the boat . Private AnhDuong Junk or similar

Day 4: Halong Bay - Hue (about 180 km)

-Starting the day (8:15am) with a drink at Hai Scout Caf (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Hoian ancient town) meeting point.
-Visit Hoians colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be use in the cooking lesson later.
-You board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) a long the Hoian River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
-On arrival, you explore the cooking schools herb and vegetable garden, befor learning about some of Hoians and Vietnam/s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for 2 hours the Red bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish yourself . Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
-After the lesson, you sit down and eat what you have cooked.

Day 8: Hoi An
Today is free for you to explore the most charming city of Vietnam on own. You can make an excursion to the former capital of the empire Champa, My Son, or opt for a day trip to the beautiful Cua Dai Beach, just five kilometers from Hoi An. Overnight at

Day 9: Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (about 50 km)

Transfer to the airport for your flight to HoChiMinh city. Met upon your arrival and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will do the city tour of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon, visiting to Reunification Palace, the Thien Hau pagoda and the environment of Ben Thanh market. Tour ended at about 5 pm, we come back to our hotel for two nights in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Tay Ninh - Cu Chi - Ho Chi Minh (about 120 km)

Today you make an excursion to Tay Ninh and Cu Chi tunnels. Tay Ninh is the center of Cao Dai, a unique religion that elements of various other religions unites in itself. Each day at noon, you can attend this colorful spectacle. After lunch in a local restaurant, visit the famous Cu Chi tunnels where the Vietcong U.S. forces made a history in the American War. Back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight at:

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Cantho (about 230 km)

Today we will start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating riverine deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes plowing the waters give the Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere. We will make a boattrip to the Cai Be floating Market, visit villages and meet the people of the Mekong Delta. Continue to Vinh Long where you will board a boat to An Binh Island for Lunch in a local family. Continue to CanTho. Overnight at

Day 12: Cantho - Rach Gia (about 90 km)

The morning will create a beautiful boat trip through the waterways around Cantho. You will pass through small channels and waterways, past villages and fruit plantations. You visit the huge Cai Rang floating market. Drive to RachGia for 2,5 hour boat trip at 01pm to PhuQuoc. Met upon your arrival, transfer to your resort

Day 13: Phu Quoc island
Meals: B
It is still little visited. Phu Quoc Island is famous for the quality of locally produced pepper and matelote. Today is free. You can now relax on the beach or visit Duong Dong, the capital of Phu Quoc. Phu Quoc is a national park and it is also possible to own opportunity to explore the island.

Day 15: Phu Quoc Island - Ho Chi Minh City
