Courchevel is a big ski area located in the French Alps.
As part of the 3Valley Ski area it is one of the largest ski centres in Europe. Its runs range from the easy introduction of the green to the most challenging of black runs. There is plenty here for all levels of ability whether you are on a board or skies.
Accommodation is good and the food excellent in this three level township. 1550 is smaller but cheaper and has the advantage of being the end of the tobogan run which is great way to end the day. 1850 is the posh end of the resort with more hotels bars and entertainment but you are paying for all that in the prices.
Stay in 1550 its less busy and when you want the nightlife hop on the free bus that runs all day and night, only take 20 mins or use the gondala that connects 1550 to 1850.
A great resort with enough runs to keep you amused and challenged for weeks on end.
