Lake Mburo National Park is a national park located in western Uganda (4 hour drive from Kampala, the capital of Uganda). Lake Mburo is one the main road about half way between Masaka and Mbarara in the South West of Uganda. It is home to a large number of Hippos, zebra and various antelope and impala. It is Savanah type slightly undulating land.

The park has a variety of animals such as zebras, impala, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.
Facilities are basic with Bandas and tented camps in the centre of the park. There is a restaurant operated by the park rangers near the lake shore.
