Swiss Holiday Bliss at the Beau Rivage Palace in Lausannec

This holiday season, Switzerland’s world-renowned Beau-Rivage Palace offers a variety of ways to celebrate the holidays with a five-star twist. A special Christmas Cruise on Lake Geneva is available on December 16 and 23, 2007. A full day is spent on the lake, with a gourmet lunch on board and a visit to nearby Montreux, whose annual Christmas market is abundant in holiday products such as spices, cinnamon and mulled wine.

Ballet and performing-art enthusiasts can look forward to the new Bejart Ballet package, celebrating the world-famous, Lausanne-based ballet company and its founder, Maurice Bejart. The package includes tickets to Maurice Bejart’s new ballet for 2007, Tour du Monde en 80 minutes, a special Ballet Bejart gift, complimentary access to the Beau-Rivage Palace’s Cinq Mondes Spa, fitness room and tennis courts and buffet breakfasts. This package is available December 20 to December 23, 2007, and from December 26 to December 30, 2007.

The Beau-Rivage Palace offers special rates throughout the holiday season, as well as Christmas and New Year’s lunches and dinners held in the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, La Rotonde, and in the Parisian-style brasserie, Café Beau-Rivage. The annual New Year’s Eve gala in the Sandoz Ballroom includes a buffet dinner and dancing to the sounds of the Pierre Batal Orchestra.
